Most of my work focuses on competition in the labor market and on the relationship between workers' outside options and their labor market outcomes.
My work leverages administrative data, combined with a variety of experimental, quasi-experimental, and survey methods.
I am an assistant professor in UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business (Economic Analysis and Policy group) and Department of Economics (joint appointment). I received my Ph.D. from MIT in 2019.
